On Iraqi Dinar Investments:
Will the Iraqi Dinar Value go up? This question probably has been asked more than a million times by those who have Iraqi Dinar holdings and those who still have to make up their minds whether to invest in the currency or not. A few questions to add if you are new to this:
1. If the Iraqi Dinar is so good an investment then why is it that there are a lot of people who are selling in E-bay? Amazon? and other sell sites?
Shouldn't people "keep" their Dinars if the premise is ; the value will go up?
I can offer three possibilities.
a. They have a lot of Dinars or sources from which they can get the currency at much lower prices. (maybe related to a US servicemen or contractors coming home from Iraq). They are selling at a profit.
b. They are in need of cash and decided to let go of their holdings rather than not eat or lose their homes in the current recession. Many are still struggling and need cash to settle obligations.
c. Either they can't wait for the currency's value to recover or have lost faith that the value will even go up. Of course sellers have kept enough Dinars for themselves. It is human nature not to let go of anything or everything of a perceived potential.
2. Will there be revaluation? When? At what peg?
Year after year revaluation rumors come out in blog / forum sites.
So what happened to those people who said that the Iraqi Dinar will be revalued slashing 3 zeros? many years back? two years back? last year? last month? this month? within this year? So if the Dinar does not revalue this year, more rumors will come out. It is the rumors that gets revalued / redated. LOL.
I would say that you , me and a whole lot out there are not the Iraqi government or the Central Bank of Iraq. All we can do is just wait for developments! and yes, trust that the Iraqis as a people will persevere and prosper. We can not preempt their policies or even put words in their mouth. Worse is we spread rumors and get a whole lot people pulled into the investment quicksand who all add up to the pile of hopefuls and rumor mongering. LOL.
The good news is I believe they; The Central Bank of Iraq and the Iraqi Government know what they are doing. If you do want to invest in the Iraqi Dinar, get the e-book "The Iraqi Dinar Timeline" and be guided.
So Will the Iraqi Dinar value go up?
Of course it will!
This is where universally accepted principles come in!
So simple....what goes up comes down and what comes down goes up! Everything is just a matter of TIME..
...Surely the global recession will not remain forever!...the stock market crash in decades past seemed doomsday but the market recovered....disasters and calamity strikes every now and then anywhere in the world, but people move on and recover...all in a matter of time!
The Iraqi Dinar had its glorious days at $ US 3.22 to 1 Dinar. It is now so coiled down and ready to spring back up. Only a matter of time...a matter of Iraqi peace, infra development, economic recovery and emergence, regional developments and global energy requirements.
To my mind, there should be NO QUESTION if the iraqi dinar value will go up. It definitely will!
Your question should be "How long am i willing to wait?" and "Is there a way that I can avoid the risk in making the Iraqi Dinar investment?" Get squared away! Thank you!
God bless us all!
